What is the EURO6 standard exhaust emission
The EURO6 standard is the European standard for exhaust emissions, or the permissible emissions generated by vehicles sold in Europe. EURO 6 is a directive that applies to trucks manufactured since 2014. It specifies the following requirements for exhaust emissions:
emisja [g/km] | EURO 5 |
---|---|
CO | 0,5 |
HC | 0,05 |
NOx | 0,08 |
HC + NOx | 0,17 |
PM | 0,005 |
CO – carbon oxides
HC – hydrocarbons
NOx – nitrogen oxides
PM – solid particles
In order to achieve the lowest possible NOx emissions in diesel engines, manufacturers install a selective catalytic reduction (SCR) system.
We offer designed and manufactured emulators for EURO 6 engines. By installing this device you will effectively get rid of problems with the SCR (AdBlue) system and DPF filter in your vehicle.
