MERCEDES MP2/MP3 – DPF/SCR Emulator

Emulator for Mercedes cars with HILITE pumps is an innovative and so far unavailable solution. The device fully emulates the SCR system and the injection rail, which allows you to completely disable the SCR and solves any problems related to the urea (AdBlue) dosing system in Mercedes vehicles equipped with an engine with the Euro 5 emission standard.

Thanks to our solution, it is now possible to disable the Blutec 4 and Blutec 5 systems in models such as:

• Mercedes Actros
• Mercedes Axor
• Mercedes Atego
• Mercedes Vario

NOx sensor defective? Burnt heater? The pump stopped dosing urea? The engine lost power and the emission light came on? The SCR system emulator will remove any problems resulting from the failure of the emission reduction system!

The emulator disables components such as:

• AdBlue pump
• NOx nitrogen oxide sensors
• temperature sensors etc.
• dispenser bar

After installing the emulator and repairing the system, it no longer reports any errors. The use of our solution also means that there is no torque limitation in the truck and the associated decrease in power and speed.
