Iveco Stralis / Trakker – DPF/SCR Emulator
Emulator for IVECO Stralis / Trakker Euro 5 trucks
The SCR system emulator for IVECO cars is our solution for trucks with an engine of this brand that meets the Euro 5 emission standards. The device allows you to turn off the urea (AdBlue) dosing system in these vehicles.
Currently, it is possible to install the SCR emulator in IVECO cars. The devices are designed for models such as – IVECO Stralis, IVECO Trakker, IVECO Eurocargo and other truck versions of this manufacturer.
After connecting the emulator, it is possible to disconnect all components related to the SCR system, such as the urea pump or the NOx sensor. The emulator disables the entire exhaust emission reduction system. It includes elements such as:
- AdBlue pump
- NOx nitrogen oxide sensors
- temperature sensors etc.
The emulator literally impersonates a well-functioning SCR system, thanks to which the car’s controller “thinks” that all system elements are working properly and also sees that all engine parameters are normal. This makes all error messages disappear from the dashboard. The use of our solution means that there is no torque limitation in the truck and the associated decrease in power and speed.
