DPF & SCR (DEF, AdBlue) system emulator for New Holland harvester
The SCR emission reduction system emulator for New Holland harvester is an electronic device that simulates the operation of an efficient SCR / DPF system, which allows it to be completely turned off. Thus, it solves all problems related to the urea (AdBlue) dosing system. That is why the devices we manufacture are a convenient solution that is worth equipping the harvesters of this manufacturer.
The AdBlue removal service includes the installation of the device and the shutdown of the entire exhaust emission reduction system. The SCR system emulator turns off e.g. the following elements by simulating their operation, and their actual technical efficiency does not affect the operation of the device:
- urea dosing pump (AdBlue)
- fluid heaters
- NOx nitrogen oxide sensors
- temperature sensors
- particulate filter sensing
