King Long DPF/SCR Emulator
SCR emulator for King Long coaches
Our offer includes SCR exhaust emission system emulators for Chinese King Long coaches. These buses, similarly to Solaris and Autosan vehicles, are equipped with a Cummins engine. The equipment used to reduce exhaust emissions was manufactured by Grundfos.
The SCR system emulator is a convenient solution for all coaches. The service includes the installation of the emulator and the shutdown of the entire exhaust emission reduction system, which includes such elements as:
- AdBlue pump
- NOx nitrogen oxide sensors
- dispenser
After installing the emulator and repairing, the SCR system in the bus no longer reports any errors. The use of our solution means that there is no torque limitation in the coach and the related decrease in power and speed.
The KINGLONG bus is another “interesting case” that has been added to our offer. Our mobile service arrived at the bus stop and performed the service of disconnecting the SCR system. Below are some photos taken during our work.
