DPF and SCR (AdBlue) system emulator for VOLVO loader
Our offer includes emulators of the SCR (AdBlue) and DPF emission reduction system for VOLVO loader, which allow you to remove the DPF filter and completely turn off the entire system. The devices also work with machines that have already reduced the power/torque, and after installation allow you to restore the original performance.
The emulator disables components and elements such as:
- urea dosing pump (SCR)
- DPF differential pressure sensor
- temperature sensors
- particulate filter
- NOx sensors (if any)
- NH3 sensors (if any)

VOLVO engines are equipped with an exhaust gas treatment system equipped with a DPF and SCR (AdBlue) filter, the operation of which is supervised by the ACM (Aftertreatment Control Module). The emulator simulates the operation of a fully operational diesel particulate filter (DPF), SCR (AdBlue) system and ACM module. After connecting the emulator, remove the diesel particulate filter or remove its insert from the original catalyst housing. The engine regains power and does not indicate an exhaust system failure.
We have a solution for all VOLVO loaders with engines that meet the Final Tier 4 / Stage IV emission standards: L350H, L250H, L220H, L180H, L150H, L120H, L110H, L90H, L70H, L60H, L50H, L45H, L25H, L20H, L35H, L30H. These loaders are equipped with engine models: D4, D6, D8, D11, D13 or D16.
Interim Tier 4 / Stage IIIB – machine equipped with DPF filter only

VOLVO L180 wheel loaders are one of the most popular loaders in Europe. The loaders are equipped with Stage IIIB Tier 4 Interim compliant engines. The vehicles are equipped with a cooled exhaust gas recirculation system and an actively regenerated DPF filter, in which an oxidation catalyst and an afterburner are built in.
