HITACHI Delete Kit – DPF & DEF (SCR) Emulator

Our offer includes a DPF/FAP particulate filter and DEF (SCR, AdBlue) HITACHI Delete Kit for HITACHI machine and equipment equipped with engines of this manufacturer. Our emulator is an electronic device that simulates the operation of an efficient system, which allows you to turn it off completely (remove the filter). We offer emulators in two versions:

• Hitachi DPF Delete Kit
  A version of the device designed for Hitachi DPF engines equipped only with a diesel particulate filter.
• Hitachi DEF Delete Kit
  A version of the device designed for Hitachi engines equipped with both a diesel particulate filter (DPF) and a selective catalytic reduction (SCR) system with a diesel exhaust fluid tank (AUS 32/AdBlue).

The device also works with HITACHI machine where an error has already occurred, resulting in power limitation. The DPF emulator simulates the correct operation of a damaged filter, so its actual efficiency does not affect the proper functioning of the device. After the repair, the system does not report errors and there is no torque limitation.

Removal of the diesel particulate filter in HITACHI excavators and loaders is completely safe and takes place without the need to interfere with the engine control unit. Repairs can be made on site without the need for long and costly downtime.

HITACHI Delete Kit Installation

Installation of the emulator is non-invasive, because the device is equipped with a bundle with plugs compatible with the original. The device disables components and elements such as:

• urea dosing pump (DEF)
• DPF differential pressure sensor
• temperature sensors
• particulate filter
• NOx sensors (if any)
• NH3 sensors (if any)
