VOLVO Hauler DPF & DEF (SCR) Delete Kit
Emulator of the DPF and SCR (AdBlue) system for VOLVO hauler
We are manufacturers of SCR (AdBlue) and DPF emissions reduction system emulators for VOLVO hauler, which allow you to remove the DPF filter and completely turn off the DEF system. The emulators also work with dumpers where torque and power have already been limited. After installing the devices, the original performance of the vehicle is restored.
The emulator disables components and elements such as:
- urea dosing pump (SCR)
- DPF differential pressure sensor
- temperature sensors
- particulate filter
- NOx sensors (if any)
- NH3 sensors (if any)
Tier 4 Final / Stage IV – machine equipped with a DPF filter and SCR (AdBlue) system
VOLVO engines that meet the Tier 4 Final / Stage IV emission standard are equipped with an exhaust gas treatment system equipped with a DPF and SCR (AdBlue) filter, the operation of which is supervised by the ACM (Aftertreatment Control Module). The emulator simulates the operation of a fully operational diesel particulate filter (DPF), SCR (AdBlue) system and ACM module.
After connecting the emulator, remove the diesel particulate filter or remove its insert from the original catalyst housing. The engine regains power and does not indicate an exhaust system failure.
We have a solution for all VOLVO haulers with Final Tier 4 / Stage IV engines. These dumpers are equipped with VOLVO engines: D4, D6, D8, D11, D13 or D16.
Interim Tier 4 / Stage IIIB – machine equipped with DPF filter only
VOLVO engines that meet the Interim Tier 4 / Stage IIIB emission standard are equipped with an exhaust aftertreatment system equipped with a DPF filter, the operation of which is supervised by the ACM (Aftertreatment Control Module). Our emulator simulates the operation of a fully operational diesel particulate filter (DPF) system and the ACM module. Its installation is completely safe and takes place without the need to interfere with the engine controller.
After installing the emulator, remove the diesel particulate filter or remove its element from the original catalyst housing. After the repair, the system does not report errors and there is no torque limitation, and the engine regains power.
