DPF and SCR (AdBlue) system emulator for BUCHER sweeper
The engine in the BUCHER sweeper lost power and the emission light came on? Damaged NOx sensor? Burnt heater? The pump stopped dispensing urea? DPF filter clogged? Our SCR (AdBlue) system emulator will remove any problems resulting from the failure of the exhaust emission reduction system in the machine!
The emulator simulates the operation of an efficient SCR (AdBlue) and DPF system, which allows for its complete shutdown. Thanks to this, all problems related to the urea dosing system are solved. The emulator disables components and elements such as:
- AdBlue pump
- DPF filter
- dispenser rail
- NOx nitrogen oxide sensors
- temperature sensors etc.
Installing the emulator in the BUCHER sweeper
After the repair (installation of the emulator), the system in the BUCHER sweeper engine no longer reports any errors. Thanks to the use of our solution, there is no torque limitation in the equipment and the associated power loss.
Implementation by switching off the SCR (AdBlue) system in a BUCHER compact sweepers. The sweeper is equipped with a Mercedes-Benz OM904LA engine with a power of 115 kW and a torque of 610 Nm.
