DPF & SCR (DEF, AdBlue) system emulator for GRIMME harvester
We offer emulators of the SCR system for GRIMME harvesters. Our electronic devices simulate the operation of an efficient SCR / DPF system, which allows it to be completely turned off. Thanks to this, all problems related to the urea (AdBlue) dosing system are solved, which is extremely convenient when you use a GRIMME combine harvesters.
The AdBlue removal service includes the installation of the device and the deactivation of the exhaust emission reduction system, which includes the following elements. The actual efficiency of these components does not affect the operation of the device:
- urea dosing pump (AdBlue)
- heaters
- NOx nitrogen oxide sensors
- temperature sensors
After the system is repaired, the harvester stops signaling excess emission errors and regains power (there is no torque limitation). Thanks to having an emulator in the GRIMME harvester, power reduction problems are a thing of the past!
